The title of this Session is a play on "Discover the Chef in You", the slogan of The Pampered Chef®,
one of the crown jewels in the Berkshire Hathaway family of business owned by famed investor Warren
Buffet, who says with unabashed pride that acquiring The Pampered Chef was "…the best investment
I ever made." Perhaps so. Founder Doris Christopher's personal passion plus $3000 of start-up
capital has become a $700+ million-dollar direct sales icon boasting more than 13 million customers
and 70,000 consultants worldwide. Beth Jacobs was a high school Home Economics teacher 18 years ago,
and today she's one of the top five consultants in the company—a National Executive Director
leading an organization with more than $14,000,000 in sales. If don't really know what makes party
plans go, this Session may give you some insight into just how Consultants from The Pampered Chef®
are hosting more than 3,000 Cooking Shows every day!

About the Master
began her Pampered Chef® career in 1989 in a small town in New Jersey. Her goal was to supplement the family income to save for college and retirement. Her new venture complemented her previous career of 10 years teaching high school Home Economics.
Beth became passionate about scheduling her Cooking Shows and sharing the business opportunity and instantly began doing The Pampered Chef® as a full-time career. Nineteen years and thousands of customers later, Beth has become a National Executive Director—one of only 12 people out of 60 thousand Consultants at this level of leadership—and her organization is responsible for more than $14,000,000 in sales.
Unlike most careers, Beth has been able to share hers with her family. Jake, her husband, and Jacqueline, 23, and Matthew, 19, have enjoyed having a stay at home mom as well as the many wonderful trips Beth's business has enabled the family to enjoy over the years.
Today, Beth is recognized as one of the top leaders in The Pampered Chef® and one of the top team builders in the direct selling profession. As an Independent Consultant, Beth has built a success line that focuses on the goals and achievements of her Consultants using the innovative coaching methods and tools taught by The Pampered Chef® as well as the Direct Selling Woman's Alliance.
She's passionate about helping women and men find success and fulfillment through their direct selling business.
Beth Lives in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, with Jake, her husband of 27 years. She loves being outdoors, traveling, reading, volunteering with the Women's Club, Garden Club, and Senior Center in her town, playing Bunco (THE party plan game), spending time with her family and living the dream!
