Session 12
Natural Selling
Do you find the sales techniques and systems that work for other direct sellers and network marketers
just don't feel right and simply don't work for you? There's a reason for this— and Michael believes
it's the same reason only 10% or less of all the men and women in our business are successful. If the old
paradigm of arm-twisting sales, handling objections and this and that "close" are not a fit for you... this
Session with the man voted "Best Network Marketing Trainer" two years in a row most probably will be.

Talking with friends
A transcript of role plays from the Natural Selling series
"Power Up Your Dialogue."
This dialogue called "What People Say is Only the Tip of the Iceberg" is between a new independent distributor
who recently joined a network marketing company and a close friend Jeri Lyn, a potential business partner.
What's particularly instructive is Michael use of questions, such as "How does that affect you? What do you
mean by that?" and "If you could...?" that draw out the finer, more subtle and deeper details about the
person's past and present circumstances and most importantly, how she feels about her present situation.
Calling leads
A transcript of role plays from the Natural Selling series
"Power Up Your Dialogue."
This transcript covers the situation where you are calling people from a genuine lead list who have said they
are interested in a business opportunity. The aim of the program is to show you examples of how a dialogue
works and progresses. Pay close attention to the amount of information people willingly provide, and how
listening to the answers to your previous questions provides the real key to the best questions to ask next.
You'll learn that Dialogue is a way of talking with people that gives them the time and space to internally
process and persuade themselves to make a change without you having to use manipulation or persuasion.
